Spay n Neuter

This project was another victim of the collapse of the organisation Peace in April 2013.   At our April breakfast meeting concerned ladies soon formed a team to take action: Julie Lea, Karen King, Peggy Wuth and Kim Cable.  Theirs was a two fold mission – to talk  to all the vets in the vicinity and see if they were willing to re-establish a program giving discounts for the spay and neutering of street dogs and cats, and how this could be carried out; and to raise money to continue this necessary course of action.
